Named after the island of Montserrat in the West Caribbean, home of the studio where Rock & Roll history was made in the 70’s and 80’s. A modern American cuisine with the highest prime meat brought directly from Chicago, hand selected and wet aged for 21 days. We also specialized in local fish caught daily and live lobsters.

We recommend the following to ensure that you do not run into any issues in terms of dress code when you are dining. Many of the dinner restaurants will require casual elegance attire:
